Roy Grinnell
Roy has over 20 years of real estate and business brokerage experience. His professional experience includes property and asset management, business brokerage, and consulting. As a Co-founder of Benchmark Commercial, Roy is a Managing Partner and the Designated Broker. He has overseen transactions exceeding 130 million in total value. In this capacity, Roy leads the consulting operations, client procurement and retention, and management strategies and assists in the overall administration of its related entities; he is also actively involved with the structuring and execution of new ventures.
Eric Campos
Eric has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate arena. The past ten years have specifically included the medical and recreational cannabis industry, including site selection, property & asset management. His expertise includes property management, sale/lease negotiation, market analysis, development, space planning & tenant improvement coordination, and related financial analysis. Eric is a Co-Founder of Benchmark Commercial LLC and is a managing partner and associate broker. He has been involved in transactions exceeding 130 million in total value.
